How do I get the product after I pay?

Instantly. The product is put on your Superino account the moment the payment goes through. Log in here, press Download at the top of the site, then sign in to the app through your browser and it is ready.

Will it work on my PC?

Every product page lists its requirements before you buy: the Windows versions it runs on, the rights it needs and anything to have in place first. If you are not sure about your setup, ask on Discord before buying.

How do I set it up?

Log in here and press Download at the top of the site. Open Superino and press Sign in: it opens this site in your browser, you sign in here and the app picks it up, so your password is never typed into the app. Then it is ready.

I had a Superino key before. What do I do?

Create an account here with the same email address you used before, and verify it. Your Temporary and Permanent keys move across on their own, usually within a minute.

How much time do I get from an old key?

Exactly what was left, rounded up to the next whole day. A lifetime key stays a lifetime. If you had more than one key for the same product, their time is added together.

Can I hold more than one product?

Yes. Every product is separate, so you can hold any of them at the same time, and buying more of one adds to the time you have left on it.

Where do I get help?

Join the Discord. Updates, status changes and support all happen there first. If something stops working, check the status board too: a product that is not marked Undetected says why.
